How your piece travels from our hands to yours
Every VAIYN piece leaves Strasbourg carefully packed, with a tracking number emailed the moment it ships. Below are the delivery windows, carriers, and costs you can expect.
Free shipping over €50
Standard shipping is free anywhere in the world on orders of €50 or more. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Delivery windows are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the order date. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our studio, we send a confirmation email with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier. You can also track an order at any time from our order tracking page using your order number and the email used at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We indicate the item value truthfully on customs forms and cannot mark shipments as "gift" or declare a lower value.
Failed delivery & returns to sender
If no one is available to receive the parcel, carriers will usually leave a delivery notice with instructions for a re-delivery or a local pick-up point. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period are returned to us. In that case we will contact you to arrange a new dispatch; the re-delivery cost may apply if the first delivery failed through no fault of our own (for example, an incomplete address).
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing the order. If you spot a mistake, email orders@vaiyn.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before the parcel leaves the studio. Once it's on the road, changes depend on the carrier and may not always be possible.
Lost or damaged parcels
Every parcel is insured. If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, write to orders@vaiyn.com with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the packaging. We'll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
