Cookie Policy

What cookies we use and why

A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your device when you visit a website. We use them sparingly, and only where they make sense. This page explains which ones we set, why, and how to manage them. For everything else about how we handle your data, see our privacy policy.

Essential cookies

These are required for the site to work. They do not track you across other websites and cannot be disabled. No consent is needed, in line with guidance from the CNIL (France's data protection authority).

Cart & session
Remembers what you put in your shopping bag and keeps you signed in during a visit.
Security
Protects forms against abuse and keeps your session secure.
Preferences
Stores your cookie choices so we don't ask again on every page.

Analytics cookies

If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as Plausible or Google Analytics) it will only run after you give consent via the banner. Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful, which aren't, and where visitors get stuck. Data is aggregated and anonymised.

Usage metrics
Pages visited, time on site, bounce rate, approximate country of origin.
Retention
Up to 13 months, then deleted or anonymised.
Consent required
Yes — opt in via the cookie banner.

Marketing & advertising cookies

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

Managing your preferences

You can change your cookie choices at any time:

Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site (like the cart or sign-in) from working correctly.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page whenever we add, remove, or change a cookie. The "last updated" date will tell you when it was last revised.
